letter on the eve of teachers day

Teachers Day-Letter to teachers

“Those who educate children well,
Are more to be honoured than parents
For these only gave life
Those the act of living well”-------Aristotle.

Dear Teachers,
The way you teach, the knowledge you share, the care you take, the love you shower, the 21st century technology you use makes you the best teacher.
You are sensitive yet stern, skilful yet playful, an integral part of the school, have an influencing role in the life of every student.  You are the beacons of life,  guiding  the students in the formative years of their life, mould them in the process of shaping their future.  I yearn all my teachers be enriched with attributes of 21st century teaching, adapter, communicator, risk taker, the model, the leader skilled with the efficiency to use new technology, possessing the power to unleash the potential of the students, to win the respect of the students from their heart, to boost their morale and to alleviate the fear between teacher student relationship.
A good teacher must take cognizance of the fact that they are ROLE MODELS for students remembering that they teach more by what they do than by what they say.

Wish you a very happy teacher’s day and wonderful teaching years ahead.
                                                                                                                                   Fraternally yours
